  "I decided to join a 7on7 flag league they play their games on Sunday between 10am-6pm it cost $55 a person and it includes a shirt and ref fees. http://www.qcffl.net/ is the site I signed up for the house team for this upcoming spring league which starts Sunday March 11th"
